Bookkeeping Fundamentals
This training programme covers the basic bookkeeping terms
and concepts, showing how to deal with basic bookkeeping documents and how to use
them in a manual accounting system.

This training course will give you the knowledge
and skills necessary to perform a clerk function using Pastel Partner Version 12.
Sage Pastel Partner - Intermediate
This comprehensive training course will give you
the knowledge and skills necessary to perform a bookkeeper to Trial Balance function
using Partner Version 12.
Sage Pastel Partner - Advanced
This course is designed to give you the knowledge
and skills necessary to perform advanced Pastel Partner functions.
Microsoft Office 2007,2010
Microsoft Office Excel
(Level 1) - Create spreadsheets, charts and use basic formulas.
(Level 2) - Advanced formulas, charts, conditional formatting & tables
Microsoft Office Word
(Level 1) - Create & edit documents using the basic features
of Word.
(Level 2) - Advanced formatting, tables and working with graphics.
Microsoft Office Powerpoint
(Level 1) - Learn how to produce and format a presentation.
(Level 2) - Use the outline feature, proof a presentation, change the background
colour & colour schemes, headers & footers and use the slide master.
Microsoft Office Access
(Level 1) - Design and create new databases, tables, relationships.
Create and maintain records; locate records; and produce reports based on the information
in the database.
(Level 2) - Maintain data consistency, how to customize database
components, and how to share Access data with other applications.
Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping
This course is ideal for the learner who has never worked
in an accounting environment and wants to learn the basics principles of accounting
and daily procedures. Only basic accounting procedures are covered in this course.
Please note that the minimum requirement to attend any of our courses is for a delegate to be able to understand, communicate, read and write in English.
There will be a break mid-morning and mid-afternoon for tea/coffee which is available.
A lunch break of half an hour each day.
